SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Below is a complete summary of all the shipping options that are available, and when they're applicable:
Standard Shipping (Fully-Tracked)
Available always, takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
Next Day Shipping (Fully-Tracked)
Available Monday-Thursday on all orders placed before 1pm GMT, arrives next business day (I.e. not Saturdays!).
Saturday Delivery (Fully-Tracked)
Available Fridays, on all orders placed before 1pm GMT, perfect for those who must have their order for the weekend.
ADDITIONAL USEFUL INFORMATION
- All orders placed before 1pm GMT, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day.
- All orders placed after 1:30pm GMT will be dispatched the next business day.
- Please ensure you correctly enter your shipping address and phone number when you're placing your order with us; errors, typos or forgotten information can result in significant delays. Addresses cannot be changed once the parcel has left our dispatch centre.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email, inside this email will be your tracking code. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking code to fully update.
- If you have any further enquiries on the location of your parcel beyond what is stated in the tracking information, please contact our customer support who will gladly assist you further.
- Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 1:00pm GMT Monday - Thursday. Our next-day delivery courier does not deliver on Saturdays, therefore Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday before 1pm GMT, will be delivered on following Monday. If you want your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday, you'll need to specifically select the "Saturday Delivery" option on checkout.
- Any Next Day Delivery orders placed after 1:00pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We understand that you may have a change of heart, and cancelling an order is completely fine by us.
Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched please immediately email us and quote your order number.
If the parcel has already been dispatched (you'll likely have received a dispatched email by that point), we cannot cancel the parcel - you will then need to go through our returns process.
Note: it can take our customer support team some time to come across your cancellation email, therefore we may not fully have time to implement the cancellation before our dispatch center has shipped the order.
